Simply fill out the form. We will contact you in case we need further information. After your request has been approved, you will receive a confirmation along with shipping guidelines.
Before you return your item, make sure that the items are in the same condition you received them in, with the identification tag and seal still attached. We reserve the right to refuse late returns or items that are not in the same condition you received them in.
